Overview We are expanding our iOS app, a top‑ranked productivity app, and need a Senior iOS Engineer to grow our user base, lead architecture, and ship production code.
What You’ll Do
Lead key engineering and product decisions.
Actively ship production code for the Speechify iOS app.
Work within a dedicated product team.
Participate in product discussions to shape the roadmap.
Maintain and enhance the existing complex app architecture.
Ideal Candidate
Experience scaling product to a large user base.
Track record of shipping features from inception to traction.
Customer obsession: constantly obsessed about providing the best experience.
Product thinking: thoughtfully decide the product’s evolution.
Speed: ship quickly while deciding what can ship now vs later.

Technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD, Fastlane, SOLID principles, Git workflows.
Technical Requirements
Swift programming language.
SwiftUI experience.
Experience in multithreading programming.
Working with CI/CD infrastructure.
Experience with Fastlane.
Solid principles and the ability to write every class according to SOLID.
Experience with Git and understanding of different strategies.
