Speechify’s iOS app is the 18th most‑downloaded productivity app and recently earned Apple’s 2025 Design Award for inclusivity. We need a Senior iOS Engineer to ship new features for our growing user base, lead key engineering decisions, and help shape the product roadmap. Responsibilities
Lead architecture and engineering for high‑impact iOS features. Ship production code and iterate quickly in a fast‑paced environment. Work closely with product and design to define and ship product roadmap items. Mentor and collaborate with a dedicated product team. Maintain and evolve the existing complex app architecture. Ideal Candidate
Experience building scalable products that serve a large user base. Track record of shipping from inception to traction. Customer‑obsessed—always delivering the best experience. Strategic product thinker who makes thoughtful decisions. Fast‑paced—ship quickly and decide what today vs later. Remote‑friendly with the discipline to focus while shipping. Strong technical skills: Swift, SwiftUI, multithreading, CI/CD, Fastlane, SOLID, Git. Technical Requirements
Swift programming language. SwiftUI experience. Multithreading programming. CI/CD infrastructure and Fastlane. Solid SOLID principles and clean code. Git and branching strategy. What We Offer
