Configure and manage API integrations across platforms (CRM, analytics, website, ad platforms).
Use Google Analytics (GA4), Power BI, and Looker to track outcomes and inform optimization.
Manage vendors and contractors for website projects, advanced integrations, or scaling campaign execution.
Collaborate with IT / Development on system-level enhancements.
Success in This Role
Audit and optimize existing digital assets, workflows, and integrations.
Deliver early wins through new landing pages, automations, and A / B testing.
Recommend and implement high-value AI and automation tools.
Build a scalable MarTech automation roadmap focused on profitable growth.
Demonstrate measurable improvements in conversion and sales metrics.
Position yourself as the go-to expert for automation, funnels, and sales-focused innovation.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years in MarTech, automation, and integrations.
Proven experience creating landing pages and funnels using Webflow, Unbounce, Instapage, HubSpot, ClickFunnels, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of conversion optimization, testing, and funnel best practices.
Hands‑on front‑end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back‑end knowledge (APIs, SQL, Python / JavaScript).
Proficiency with automation / integration tools: Zapier, n8n, Make, or MuleSoft.
Strong working knowledge of analytics platforms: Google Analytics (GA4), Looker, Power BI.
Familiarity with AI‑driven marketing tools (personalization engines, predictive analytics, chatbots, etc.).
Experience managing vendors, agencies, and contractors.
A strategic, can‑do mindset, with the ability to scale quickly and profitably.
What’s In It For You
Competitive salary: $95,000 – $115,000, with flexibility for top‑tier AI and automation expertise.
Opportunity to own and shape the marketing technology stack.
Work in a collaborative environment that values innovation, efficiency, and measurable sales impact.
Autonomy to design, implement, and scale landing pages, funnels, and automations that directly drive revenue.
Exposure to cutting‑edge MarTech and AI tools, with the freedom to evaluate and implement new technologies.
A dynamic role that combines hands‑on execution with strategic influence — and room to expand responsibilities as the roadmap grows.
