Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives and account managers Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery excellence Analyze sales metrics and market trends to inform business decisions Represent City Wide at industry events and networking opportunities What We’re Looking For
Minimum
5 years of progressive B2B sales experience , with at least
2 years in a leadership or regional role Proven ability to
drive growth, develop teams , and exceed sales targets Strong understanding of
solution-based selling
and customer relationship management Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills Ability to manage a
multi-territory region
and prioritize competing business demands Self‑motivated, collaborative, and results‑driven professional Apply
