As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) supporting our Aeronautics Production Operations team in Fort Worth, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the workforce behind some of the world’s most advanced defense and aerospace technologies.

What You Will Be Doing In this role, you’ll partner directly with Production Operations and Aeronautics leaders to design and deliver people strategies that drive mission success. Your focus will be on enabling leaders, empowering employees, and ensuring that Lockheed Martin continues to be a great place to work and grow.

Key Responsibilities Include

Developing and executing comprehensive workforce plans to meet short- and long-term business needs.

Partnering with leaders on performance management, employee relations, and organizational development.

Using HR metrics and analytics to drive insights and inform data-based decision making.

Supporting leadership selection, talent and succession planning, and career development for critical skills.

Administering total rewards programs in alignment with enterprise policies and local needs.

Serving as a Culture of Accountability role model and an employee advocate, ensuring a workplace where every employee can thrive.

Collaborating across HR Centers of Excellence to deliver effective and innovative people solutions.
