**The Role and What You’ll**A minimum of 8-10 years of agency, brand or client-based partnership account management experiencePrior experience in managing the development and implementation of partnership marketing strategies and activations on behalf of a client or brandPrior experience managing a team/individuals Experience working with college athletics, golf and the NFLPrior experience managing day-to-day relationships with clients, agencies, and vendors Prior experience with sponsorship and talent contract negotiationsUnderstanding of, and practical experience with, event marketing operations and logisticsProven ability to prioritize workflow, manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results Strong ability to manage multiple projects across large cross-functional teams independently and diligently while delivering
