Legal CRM & Email Marketing Analyst

for their Business Development & Communications team. This role is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative, high-performing team in the firm’s largest U.S. New York office.

About the Role

The

Legal CRM & Email Marketing Analyst

will support and enhance the firm’s global CRM platform with a focus on email marketing, data integrity, compliance, and user adoption. This individual will play a key role in driving firm-wide marketing campaigns, improving processes, and supporting strategic business development goals. The right candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced professional services environment. You’ll work cross-functionally to administer CRM systems, optimize communications, and ensure compliance with international data protection regulations.

Base pay range

$95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Lead the development and deployment of firm-wide email marketing campaigns, including invitations, announcements, and thought leadership pieces.

Manage campaign workflows: audience segmentation, A/B testing, delivery, performance tracking, and reporting.

Administer day-to-day operations of the CRM system (InterAction), ensuring data integrity, deduplication, and contact management.

Create and analyze dashboards, reports, and mailing lists to support firm-wide business development initiatives.

Maintain compliance with global data protection laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, German opt-in requirements).

Develop user training sessions, best practice materials, and provide support for attorneys and staff.

Utilize HTML/CSS for email template creation and design optimization.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Information Technology.

Minimum 3 years of CRM and email marketing experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.

Proficiency in CRM tools such as

InterAction or DealCloud ; experience with Vuture, Sitecore, or SharePoint a plus.

Strong HTML/CSS skills; advanced Excel capabilities and comfort with large datasets.

Exceptional attention to detail with excellent proofreading skills.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Self-starter with initiative, problem-solving mindset, and accountability.

Salary:

$95,000 – $110,000, commensurate with skills and experience.

Schedule & Benefits Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5:30pm | Hybrid: 4 days in-office, Fridays may be remote.

All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time. Infrequent lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
