Senior CRM Project Manager
A leading law firm is seeking a
Senior CRM Project Manager
to join its
Business Development and Marketing team . This role will drive adoption, optimization, and strategic use of the firm’s
Intapp DealCloud
platform, enabling enhanced business development, client relationship management, and data-driven insights across the organization.
The Senior CRM Project Manager will collaborate with business development, marketing, and IT teams to ensure the CRM is configured to support firm priorities, deliver actionable intelligence, and streamline workflows. The ideal candidate combines hands‑on technical expertise with strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the day‑to‑day project lead for the firm’s CRM ( DealCloud ), coordinating with BD, marketing, and IT teams.
Manage CRM‑related projects, including enhancements, integrations, reporting tools, and new functionality.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
Lead user adoption efforts, including training, communications, and support for attorneys and professional staff.
Develop and maintain data governance protocols to ensure accuracy, consistency, and security.
Oversee large‑scale data initiatives, including cleanup projects, dataset uploads, and integration efforts.
Design and automate reports and dashboards to deliver actionable business intelligence.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive ongoing improvements.
Collaborate with business development and marketing leadership to align CRM capabilities with growth initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
8+ years of CRM management, database systems, or marketing technology experience (law firm experience required).
Hands‑on experience with Intapp DealCloud
including configuration, reporting, workflows, and integrations.
Proven experience building or optimizing DealCloud systems is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of data management, analytics, and CRM integration best practices.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
(formulas, data functions, and data manipulation).
Excellent project management and communication skills, with experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Strong attention to detail, data quality, and long‑term job stability required.
PMP certification or similar credential a plus.
Skills and Certifications Required:
Law firm experience
8+ years CRM management, database systems, or marketing technology experience
Hands‑on experience with Intapp DealCloud (configuration, reporting, workflows, integrations)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent project management and communication skills
Preferred:
Proven experience building or optimizing DealCloud systems
PMP certification or similar credential
