What You’ll Own and How You’ll Make a Difference

E-commerce Strategy & Leadership

Build and execute a clear digital roadmap that drives direct‑to‑consumer growth, fosters customer loyalty, and strengthens our brand.

Oversee the design and execution of all email campaigns, own site merchandising and imagery, UX strategy, conversion rate optimization (CRO), search engine optimization (SEO), and the development of new features on our Shopify Plus platform.

Maintain a clean, intuitive, and high‑performing site that genuinely reflects our brand values.

Product Experience & Innovation

Enhance the customer journey with thoughtful product page improvements, personalization options, and seamless post‑purchase flows.

Champion intuitive, mobile‑first design, ensuring every interaction makes our customers feel special and cared for.

Use A/B testing and personalization strategies to continually refine our site’s performance.

Operational Oversight

Oversee day‑to‑day e‑commerce operations, including product setup, new SKU launches, and promotional campaigns.

Ensure accurate and on‑time execution of all site updates, merchandising shifts, and content refreshes.

Develop clear documentation and workflows to scale operations efficiently.

Data‑Driven Optimization

Analyze full‑funnel performance, conversion rates, customer retention, and lifetime value using RetentionX and Shopify analytics.

Develop clear KPIs and experimentation plans to measure success and guide digital improvements.

Customer Retention

Strategically plan, implement, and manage email/SMS/loyalty marketing program, campaigns, automation flows, and segments to drive revenue growth and customer retention.

What You Have

4+ years of e‑commerce experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a direct‑to‑consumer brand.

Proven success in growing a direct‑to‑consumer brand through thoughtful onsite optimization, conversion rate optimization, and customer retention strategies.

Deep understanding of the Shopify Plus ecosystem and modern e‑commerce best practices.

Ability to lead with clarity and genuine collaboration.

Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and other data platforms to drive decisions.

Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and contractors.

Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.

Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset, always looking ahead to what’s next in digital.

Ability to quickly pivot.

Work on‑site in Nashville, TN.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience in the jewelry or luxury goods industry is a plus.
