IT Director – Education Technology

Base pay $120,000 – $130,000 per year. Responsibilities

Develop and implement the school’s educational technology strategy, aligning it with academic goals and vision. Lead planning, deployment, and management of technology resources, including Chromebooks, iPads, and instructional devices. Oversee integration of Google Workspace for Education, Microsoft 365, Apple School Manager, Mosyle Device Manager, and Clever. Maintain Google Workspace, Microsoft, Apple, and Clever administrative tasks, ensuring secure and efficient operation of all systems. Develop, implement, and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data privacy regulations. Provide direct support and professional development to faculty and staff in educational technology tools. Lead technology-related projects, manage technology budget, and collaborate with department heads and administrators. Serve as primary liaison between technology department and other school departments, communicating technology needs and solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Proficiency in Google Workspace Admin, Microsoft Admin, Apple School Manager, Mosyle Device Manager, and Clever. Experience with Chromebook and iPad deployments in an educational setting. Strong knowledge of Google Classroom and other educational platforms. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong leadership abilities with a direct communication style. Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including faculty, staff, students, and parents. Strong interpersonal skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and accessible manner. Benefits
