As a Wealth Management Advisor, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, design customized investment strategies, and provide comprehensive planning services. The role offers an opportunity for experienced professionals to build a rewarding career in financial services. Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients. Prospect, acquire new clients, and drive revenue growth. Conduct financial planning sessions to assess client goals and current financial situations. Develop customized investment strategies and assist with retirement, education, tax, and estate planning. Stay informed on financial markets, products, and regulations. Collaborate with senior advisors and internal teams to support client needs. Maintain compliance with all financial industry regulations and ethical standards. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field. 1–7 years of experience in financial services and advising. FINRA Series 7 and 66. Experience with financial planning software (eMoney, MoneyGuide Pro, etc.) and CRM software (WealthBox, Salesforce). (Preferred, not required) Insurance license. (Preferred) Certified Financial Planner® designation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Analytical mindset with attention to detail. Preferred Attributes
Certified Financial Planner® designation; experience with financial planning (eMoney, MoneyGuide Pro, etc.) and CRM software (WealthBox, Salesforce); insurance license; strong interpersonal and communication skills; analytical mindset with attention to detail. What We Offer
