Position Overview
We are seeking a Relationship Manager with 2–5 years of industry experience to support client service and business growth. You'll play a critical role in delivering our high-touch, planning-focused model through client relationship management, account operations, and ongoing communication.
Required Qualifications
1–3 years in a client service/support role within wealth management Familiarity with eMoney—or desire to quickly gain proficiency Experience with custodial platforms; Fidelity experience is a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Strong written and verbal communication skills Team player with a collaborative mindset and culture fit focus
Key Responsibilities
Act as a main contact for client inquiries and relationship management Assist Lead Advisors in preparing for and following up on client meetings Handle account opening, transfers, and maintenance (Fidelity platform preferred) Support onboarding new clients, ensuring an efficient transition Maintain financial plans and data within eMoney (or similar tools) Monitor client accounts for service needs and rebalancing opportunities Generate client reports, meeting summaries, and CRM tasks Coordinate internally to ensure seamless client service delivery
Requirements
Preferred (Not Mandatory)
Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain within 3 months) CFP certification or progress toward designation
