— which means we have to outthink, not outspend, competitors. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who’s part strategist, part media buyer, and part data detective — someone who can connect creative, audience, and analytics into one system that drives measurable growth. What You’ll Do

You’ll own paid acquisition and funnel performance across

Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and programmatic

channels — driving traffic, optimizing conversions, and aligning creative + messaging across each stage of the customer journey.

Must have proven restricted industry or grey-hat experience. Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, Reddit, and programmatic networks. Think creatively around limitations to find winning strategies based on what we can and can't do (promote our educational channel, get creative w/double click limitation not just an educational landing page, DM coupon codes, use search to promote non-restricted but related terms etc). Build data-backed personas from customer behavior, LTV, and AOV to guide creative and targeting. Create and scale lookalike, retargeting, and contextual campaigns that perform within restricted or “grey-hat” industries (hemp, cannabis, supplements, etc.). Align creative, product, and persona — ensuring ad angles, landing pages, and emails speak to the same user journey. Collaborate with design and content teams to test hooks, offers, and visuals that convert. Partner with lifecycle marketing to sync email, SMS, and ad retargeting for full-funnel coverage. Build dashboards (GA4, Power BI, or Triple Whale) to report on CAC, ROAS, LTV, and attribution. Continuously test new platforms, browsers, and ad types (including native, Reddit, and alternative search placements) to expand reach safely and effectively. Who You Are

Obsessed with staying up on trends and a strategic, critical thinker who is creative with solutions while staying data obsessed- you are analytical and creative, seeing both the numbers and the narrative behind them. 3+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing, ideally within a restricted or compliance-heavy industry (cannabis, alcohol, supplements, crypto, nicotine, porn, adult). Expert-level experience in at least one channel. Experience and desire to be hands-on, not just delegating. Skilled in persona development, funnel strategy, and creative testing frameworks. Familiar with attribution tools (Shopify, GA4, Triple Whale, Power BI, etc.). Organized, self-sufficient, and thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
