Akkodis is seeking a Technical Lead for a Contract with a client in San Francisco, CA. Candidates must have strong SQL and ETL skills, along with experience in version control (GitHub) and BI tools like Tableau or Qlik. Rate Range: $53/hour to 68/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Technical Lead job responsibilities include:

Lead the design, development, and delivery of technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and architectural standards.

Mentor and guide engineering team members, providing technical direction and code reviews to maintain quality and consistency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and DevOps to drive project execution and resolve technical challenges.

Define and enforce best practices in coding, testing, deployment, and documentation across the development lifecycle.

Evaluate and integrate new technologies, tools, and frameworks to improve system performance and team productivity.

Own the technical roadmap, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability of applications and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

8–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 3–5 years in a technical leadership role.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver scalable, high-quality technical solutions.

Strong expertise in architecture design, code reviews, and modern development practices including CI/CD and cloud technologies.

Pay Details:
