Senior Structural Engineer

to lead design efforts across high-impact projects in

chemical processing, oil & gas, energy, and heavy industrial sectors .

What You’ll Do As the

Senior Civil/Structural Engineer , you’ll lead the design, coordination, and delivery of structural systems across major EPC projects. Your work will impact project quality, safety, and scheduling while aligning with client and regulatory expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of civil/structural engineers and designers

Oversee production of engineering deliverables:

drawings, calculations, and specifications

Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards:

ASCE, AISC, ACI , etc.

Collaborate with

procurement, construction, process, and mechanical teams

to meet deadlines and stay within budget

Coordinate with

external consultants and subcontractors

to maintain alignment across project phases

Conduct

site visits and field inspections

to assess conditions and support project execution

Identify project risks and propose proactive solutions to avoid delays or quality issues

Stay up-to-date with

industry trends and technologies

to improve design practices and project outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in

Civil or Structural Engineering

(required)

Professional Engineer (PE) license

(required)

10+ years of

structural engineering experience , with at least 5 years in

EPC or industrial projects

Proficiency in structural analysis and design tools (e.g.,

STAAD.Pro, RISA, SAP2000 )

Strong understanding of

steel and concrete design , foundations, and industrial structures

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high quality standards

Willingness to travel up to

25% , with ability to work onsite 80–90% of the time
