We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior DevOps Manager

to lead our DevOps team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud computing, automation, CI/CD, infrastructure as code (IaC), and security best practices. This role requires a combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands‑on expertise to drive efficiency, reliability, and innovation across our development and operations teams. Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement DevOps strategies to optimize system performance, scalability, and security. Work closely with development, security, and IT teams to align DevOps initiatives with business objectives. Establish best practices for infrastructure automation, monitoring, and alerting. Design and manage cloud-based (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure. Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar. Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, or other tools. Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployments using Ansible, Puppet, or Chef. Ensure system reliability through proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, or similar tools. Enforce security best practices, including vulnerability management, compliance (SOC2, ISO 27001), and access control. Implement disaster recovery and high availability strategies to minimize downtime. Work with software development teams to streamline the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Promote DevOps culture by advocating for automation, continuous delivery, and feedback loops. Identify performance bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions. Manage cloud cost optimization and resource utilization. Qualifications & Experience

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 8+ years in DevOps, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/management role. Technical Skills: Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go). Hands‑on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD). Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm). Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (Prometheus, ELK, Datadog). Understanding of security best practices and compliance. Preferred Skills

Experience with Kubernetes security (RBAC, network policies). Knowledge of serverless computing and microservices. Experience with service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum. Soft Skills
