Catering Sales Manager – Kaskaid Hospitality

Qualifications
A track record in securing business and developing strong client and venue relationships.
Knowledge of food & beverage and the events industry.
The desire to create exceptional experiences.
Organized with attention to detail.
The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.
Excellent project, communication, and presentation skills.
Duties
Actively pursues new business opportunities.
Responds to incoming catering inquiries in a timely manner.
Maintains strong sales pipeline, monitors conversions, and maximizes closing results.
Creates event menu proposals and contracts, using the company's catering program.
Works with clients from start to finish by contracting, planning, and detailing events.
Keeps client database accurate and current, using the company's catering program.
Communicates details of events to all responsible departments.
Attends weekly BEO meetings with catering team.
Coordinates catering event support services as needed (rentals, flowers, entertainment, décor, A/V, etc.).
Develops and maintains strong relationships with venues and other vendors.
Attends internal meetings, client tastings, networking events, and other events as needed.
Other duties as assigned by Director of Catering Sales.
Work Environment
The Catering Sales Manager will spend much of their time at CRAVE Catering's office in Northeast Minneapolis, with some flexibility to work from home. The Catering Sales Manager will need reliable transportation to attend in-person client meetings, their clients' events, and industry events.
