Job Summary
The Information Systems Analyst is responsible for the comprehensive vision and implementation of the National Center for Interventional Biophotonic Technologies (NCIBT) IT computational infrastructure and serves as its technical administrator. The role includes project management, database development, data engineering, IT training, and technical support for individual users and program needs. The analyst collaborates with IT partners on Campus and the School of Medicine to fulfill NCIBT’s technical mission for internal and external stakeholders. Application Deadline

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. 5+ years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated ability to propose, initiate, and carry out ambitious data‑intensive research projects. Self‑motivated and works well independently. Strong collaboration skills with highly technical researchers and ability to engage across diverse methodological fields and computational platforms. Excellent communication skills to management teams. Advanced skills in resolving complex computing/Data/CI problems using introductory or intermediate principles. Advanced knowledge of highly complex database system design. Ability to curate, clean, and organize large messy datasets; code to query and transform unstructured and structured data. Fluent in scientific computing environments such as HPC clusters (CPUs and GPUs) or cloud. Proficiency with high‑performance computing and system architecture. Advanced skills in artificial intelligence, machine learning, MATLAB, and server storage. Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in health and biomedical sectors. Experience with RedCap, pooling Epic data, and PACS systems. Key Responsibilities
