Provide personalized guidance and support on Client Accounts Receivable and customer business operations post‑implementation

Troubleshoot issues related to Accounts Receivable processes in a higher education setting
Monitor and report project risks, issues, milestones, and completed work
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 10 years of experience working in a higher education Accounts Receivable office or equivalent consulting experience
Hands‑on experience with Accounts Receivable processes
In‑depth functional knowledge of business processes related to Accounts Receivable in colleges and universities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills

Experience managing project plans in Smartsheet is a bonus
