Responsibilities

Marketing Operations: Elevate team operations and performance through budget, workforce, and strategic plans.

Strategic Planning: Develop strategy cycles and delegate perspectives to support marketing leadership and product marketing teams.

Executive Reporting & Analysis: Create and manage MBR, QBR, and semi‑annual business reviews with cross‑functional teams.

Go‑to‑Market Measurement: Manage tracking and reporting for key initiatives and solution launches worldwide in collaboration with integrated and product marketing teams.

Counsel to Team and Leadership: Act as trusted counsel to senior marketing leaders and stakeholders, providing analysis and representing marketing leadership in meetings.

Reporting Metrics: Manage dashboard reporting and tracking of progress and performance across marketing functions.

Collaborate: Coordinate cross‑divisional collaboration with product, finance, technology, operations, business development, customer service, and legal stakeholders.

Problem Resolution: Frame problems and propose structures/models that help people better understand opportunities and trade‑offs.

Project Management: Partner across the organization with key stakeholders, ecosystem partners, and customers.

Marketing Support: Own relationships development and support teams to complete deliverables.

Meeting Owner: Lead successful meetings for marketing leadership and Xsolla executive stakeholders by formulating agendas and facilitating key meetings.

Workforce Planning: Create workforce planning and team operational recommendations for annual planning, budget allocations, and hiring.

Learning and Education: Continuously learn and educate the team on trends, opportunities, tools, and services.

Internal Representation: Act as the internal face of the global marketing team in the absence of the CM&GO.

Requirements

8+ years of marketing, operations, or commercial roles within gaming and/or fintech businesses.

Proven track record of operational excellence with teams of 50+.

Extensive experience operating in the Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence, Atlas), Google Analytics, social media platforms, public relations tools, and tracking.

Experience using augmented reality (AI) tools to create operational efficiencies.

Highly organized; ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Effective cross‑level communication across executive leadership, peers, managers, and junior staff worldwide.

Agile working attitude: respect, collaboration, improvement cycles, pride in ownership, value delivery.

Broad strategic business knowledge.

Excellent financial and operational modeling skills.

Comfortable navigating a growing and changing organization; identify and engage with teams and individuals.

Data fluency with a variety of analytical tools.

Expertise in leading complex projects across teams and organizations.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 10%.
