Title: Audit Senior or Audit Supervisor
Location: Chandler or Scottsdale Office
Setting: Hybrid (2–3 days/week in-office, your choice of Chandler or Scottsdale)
Compensation: $100k - $120k + discretionary bonus + 4 weeks PTO + 401k with 3% match
What You’ll Do
Build trusted client relationships by gathering information, solving challenges, and recommending improvements
Lead audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through completion
Demonstrate expertise in
GAAP
and financial statement presentation
Supervise, train, and mentor associates on audit processes
Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues
Develop a strong understanding of clients’ businesses and industry practices
Provide other accounting services as needed
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of audit experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting
Commitment to superior client service
Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
A motivated self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment
Salary Range $100,000–$120,000
Bonus Structure
Discretionary bonus (may be structured as a salary adjustment)
“Bring It In” Bonus
10% bonus in Year 1
5% bonus in Year 2 for new clients brought in
