Metro Area Sales Manager – Dallas Fort Worth
Join Stellantis as a revenue‑generating sales manager in the Dallas – Fort Worth metro area. The ASM works with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram, and FIAT dealerships to forecast retail sales, manage vehicle scheduling, and develop dealer performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Develop and forecast retail sales objectives per vehicle line.
Ensure dealer orders meet market demand and schedule vehicles for maximum production.
Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide improvement opportunities.
Analyze dealer financial statements and consult on retail operations improvement.
Align advertising and marketing initiatives with corporate branding guidelines.
Motivate independent entrepreneurs to exceed performance goals.
Basic qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
4+ years of sales or marketing experience.
Experience in a new‑car automotive dealership environment.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced sales environment and multi‑task.
Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications.
Entrepreneurial leader with a history of achievement.
Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in a new‑car automotive dealership environment.
Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced work environment.
Excel in building positive working relationships.
Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement.
Self‑motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
