Hands-on experience in SAP SD (OTC), preferably with retail clients. Application Maintenance Support (AMS) experience with the ability to solve urgent issues. Ability to manage client relationships. Hands-on knowledge in OTC processes like Order Management, Ecommerce, Wholesales, Pricing, etc. Knowledge of S / 4 Hana and implementation, worked in RICEFW and FD. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with order‑to‑cash processes and a proven track record of solving urgent issues in a fast‑paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail‑oriented professional to leverage their expertise and contribute to critical business operations. Provide hands‑on support for an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, focusing on the order‑to‑cash (OTC) process. Resolve urgent application maintenance issues efficiently and effectively. Manage and build strong relationships with clients. Utilize knowledge of OTC processes, including order management, e‑commerce, and pricing Demonstrated experience as an application lead or similar role. Proficiency in a major ERP system with a focus on sales and distribution and order management. Experience working within the retail industry is required.
