As an Advanced Application Engineer, you will be part of the Technology Support Department supporting retail operations and client solutions. What's the Job?
Provide hands-on expertise in SAP SD (OTC), particularly with retail clients, ensuring optimal system performance.
Deliver Application Maintenance Support (AMS) by resolving urgent issues efficiently and effectively.
Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Apply knowledge of OTC processes such as Order Management, Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Pricing to support business needs.
Work with S/4 Hana, RICEFW, and FD knowledge, including interfaces and batch jobs, to facilitate seamless system integration and implementation.
What's Needed?
Extensive experience (>7 years) in SAP SD (OTC) and SAP Order Management.
Proven experience working with retail clients and understanding retail industry specifics.
Strong knowledge of OTC processes including Order Management, Ecommerce, Wholesale, and Pricing.
Experience with S/4 Hana, RICEFW, FD, interfaces, and batch jobs.
Educational background with a graduation degree or higher.
