Executive Team Leader, Specialty Sales - Paseo

Job Overview Lead a team of consultants in apparel, beauty, and electronics to drive store sales and create a guest‑obsessed culture.
Responsibilities
Drive total store sales and understand store profitability.
Create a guest‑obsessed culture and lead team to prioritize guest experience.
Manage schedules, staffing needs, and calendar adjustments.
Plan merchandising, pricing, transitions, promotions, and sampling.
Lead backroom processes and replenish the sales floor.
Coach and develop the sales force, including onboarding and training.
Maintain compliance with safety, security, and store policies.
All other duties based on business needs.
Qualifications
4‑year degree or equivalent experience.
Strong interpersonal communication skills.
Business acumen and quantitative financial analysis.
Experience leading and managing hourly team members.
Proficiency with retail fundamentals: inventory, pricing, inventory, and promotions.
Ability to leverage competitor insights and guest feedback.
Experience setting and planning department workload.
Ability to manage multiple specialty businesses and balance expertise.
Strong problem analysis, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Comfort with ambiguity and technology adaptation.
Experience and Physical Requirements
Access all building areas and respond to guest or team member issues.
Interpret instructions, reports, and information.
Handle merchandise efficiently; move up to 15 or 40 pounds.
Accurately handle cash register operations.
Climb ladders.
Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
