OVERVIEW The Regional Revenue Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management, pricing strategy, and distribution optimization for a portfolio of full and/or select-service hotels, primarily under Hilton brand family, but also including Marriott, IHG, Wyndham and Choice brands. The role focuses on maximizing RevPAR and overall profitability through disciplined revenue management practices and brand system expertise.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide revenue management expertise to General Managers, Sales leaders, and ownership groups.

Manage daily inventory strategy, pricing optimization, and channel distribution across assigned hotels.

Conduct weekly strategy and revenue meetings with property teams and stakeholders.

Develop and recommend transient and group pricing strategies aligned with brand positioning and market dynamics.

Monitor booking pace, demand forecasts, and competitive performance to inform strategic decisions.

Translates brand initiatives and market insights into property-level actions.

Adjust and maintain pricing in brand CRS and OTA platforms; ensure data accuracy across PMS, CRS, RMS, and extranets.

Complete and communicate weekly demand forecasts to support operational planning and decision-making.

Participate in forecasting, budgeting, and annual planning processes through collaboration and communication with the Revenue Analysis team.

Develop and execute yield strategies by room type, channel, and segment to maximize revenue and profitability.

Oversee the setup, loading, and auditing of Local Negotiated Rates (LNR) and corporate programs as needed.

Evaluate and assist in managing group blocks to maximize displacement value and space utilization.

Provide sales support for Business Transient (BT) and Group (GRP) segments, including pricing guidance and opportunity evaluation.

Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of revenue tests, promotions, and strategic initiatives.

Promote and protect brand equity, ensuring alignment with brand standards and system best practices.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Proficiency in Hilton (GRO, OnQ RMS, R&I) and/or Marriott (OneYield, MARSHA, MRDW) revenue platforms and/or other applicable Brand systems

Strong understanding of revenue management principles and inventory optimization.

Analytical thinking and data interpretation skills.

Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with Power BI is a plus.

Experience with CoStar, Kalibri Labs, Lighthouse, Amadeus products.

Leadership and influence across multiple stakeholders.

Adaptability to changing market dynamics and operational conditions.

EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred.

Certification in Revenue Management (e.g., CHRM, CRME) preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 3–5 years of revenue management experience, with at least 2 years in a multi-property or full-service hotel environment.

Prior experience with Hilton brand systems is strongly preferred.

Prior experience with other brands and systems is a plus (Marriott, IHG, Wyndham, Choice).

Experience in both full-service and select-service hotel environments is ideal.

Proven track record of driving topline revenue growth and improving RevPAR index performance.

Experience managing or mentoring team members or on-property coordinators preferred.
