About the role As a Client Relationship Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent and consistent rapport with FIS clients. You will act as the primary liaison for the service side of the client relationship, including ongoing relationship management, escalations, project oversight and service delivery.

What you will be doing

Ensuring a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients.

Serving as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention.

Developing strong working relationships with assigned clients and FIS resources.

Coordinating with clients, relationship managers and other appropriate areas to ensure clients are properly serviced, paperwork is properly executed, and all operational arrangements are in place to service assigned accounts.

Who are we looking for We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional who meets the following criteria:

A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Advanced English language skills (minimum C1 level), enabling seamless and professional communication.

A solid understanding of the project lifecycle and methodologies, with the ability to effectively oversee and contribute to project delivery.

Proven ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, ensuring tasks are prioritized and deadlines are met.

Broad knowledge of FIS products and related services, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive client satisfaction.

A strong aptitude for analyzing challenges and delivering innovative, practical solutions.

Previous experience in banking or the financial sector is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
