Role Overview The Rams are looking for a Premium Sales Consultant to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Premium Seating & Group Hospitality, this individual will be an established seller responsible for prospecting and executing sales of Luxury Suite Leases, Individual Game Suite Rentals, and Stadium Seat Licenses (SSLs). The Premium Sales Consultant will be a top revenue producer and conduct sales meetings via C-level prospecting, virtual appointments, and utilizing the world class SoFi Stadium to conduct face-to-face sales meetings with senior decision makers. This position will be based out of the Rams new business office, located in Woodland Hills, CA.

Job Responsibilities

Sells multi-year suite lease agreements to C-Level executives and/or key decision makers of corporations as well as high net worth individuals

Focus on selling open club and all-inclusive Stadium Seat License inventory

Develop, maintain, and grow book of business for single event suite rentals to all Rams home games.

The candidate will be accountable for certain levels of outreach activity, appointment goals, and exceeding individual product and revenue goals.

Prospect potential new clients via CRM, phone, email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and sourced lead lists

Execute and lead sales presentations, both on site within the stadium, virtually, and offsite at prospect locations throughout the Los Angeles and Southern California region

Utilizes company CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, sales process, and activity

Create, track, develop and maintain all proposals, research, contracts and follow all sales processes

Meet and exceed individual sales goals and meeting targets

Flexibility to assist service team during peak times and play a helping role in other departments as needed

Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment and other activities as required.

Working various roles on all Rams gamedays to assist the overall ticketing, sales, and service team needs. Can include working sales table, ticket resolution, experiences, or other activations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years sports sales experience. Prior experience selling six and seven figure premium product deals in the sports and entertainment industry is a plus

Highly motivated self-starter, with strategic thinking and personal leadership skills

Ability to work well in a team selling environment and collaborate with others

Exceptional organizational skills

Strong problem-solving skills and general creativity

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to communicate effectively with prospects, customers, and internal team

Candidate should possess an optimistic team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best.

Candidate should possess both the personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally.

Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and Digital Presentation tools

Ability to work irregular hours, including event coverage, nights, weekends, and holidays

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings/presentations

Salary Salary: $68,640 + commission and bonus based on performance and company target goals
