Duties

Engage in law and motion work, including dispositive motions and arbitration.
Prepare case evaluations for clients.
Prepare for and attend mediations, including drafting mediation briefs.
Attend court hearings and argue dispositive motions.
Participate in arbitration and trials.
Requirements
Admitted to practice law in the State of California.
3-7 years of employment litigation experience.
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
California State Bar admission.
Skills
Excellent research and writing skills.
Strong case management abilities.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
