Oracle Fusion HR Analyst - Implementation Employment Type

6month Contract-to-Hire Location

Nashville, TN - Hybrid (Onsite Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) Compensation

Company is converting from on-prem to Oracle Fusion. Responsibilities

Lead and participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Fusion projects, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support. Provide functional and technical expertise in Oracle Fusion modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Compensation, and HR Analytics. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues related to Oracle Fusion applications. Assist Payroll and Benefits teams with payroll runs and benefit enrollment windows and provide ongoing support. Create and maintain training documents, videos, and other materials for end‑users. Prepare test cases and scripts, lead quarterly release testing, ensuring smooth upgrades and minimal disruption. Work directly with Oracle product support to log and track service requests. Translate client requirements into optimal solutions. Conduct workshops and create functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations. Prepare reports and documentation related to user testing, IT plans, and projects. Skills

Techno‑functional skills to support Fusion modules. Excellent communication skills for interacting with business and technical teams. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to address functional requirements and issues. Solution mindset with core Fusion capabilities first and enhancements second. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Preferred Qualifications

Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications. Five or more years of Oracle Fusion HCM support, implementation, and upgrade experience. Experience supporting payroll and benefits functions in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Proficiency in Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation modules throughout all project phases.
