Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant
Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant with multiple upgrade and implementation experience covering all modules of Oracle HCM. The primary responsibility is to interface with key stakeholders, own end-to-end responsibility and accountability in driving activities such as gathering requirements, conducting conference room pilots, configuring the system, coordinating system integration testing, user training and acceptance testing.
Responsibilities
Gather requirements and conduct conference room pilots.
Configure the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM system.
Coordinate system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
Provide status and issue reports to the project manager/client regularly.
Lead and conduct CRP, SIT and UAT.
Develop end-user documentation and deliver end-user training.
Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of Information Technology experience.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
Location within commuting distance of Dallas, TX or willing to relocate.
Authorized to work in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship.
Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and at least 4 modules among Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting and Absence.
Strong knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle.
Experience providing recommendations of roadmaps to close performance gaps and developing implementation plans.
Ability to identify functionality gaps and develop solutions.
Experience leading critical project phases and delivering training.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands‑on functional experience with basic technical knowledge (ability to query transactions and link between tables).
Experience working on Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, Recruiting and Absence.
Experience working on SQL queries.
Production support experience in Fusion Cloud projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a global delivery model with offshore team as onsite coordinator.
