Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Travel to customers' homes for pre-scheduled appointments to perform annual maintenance or address warranty concerns.
Assess previous work, identify potential issues, and recommend additional products or services to enhance system performance.
Ensure all installations meet job specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Complete necessary paperwork, data entry, and follow-up communication.
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure all concerns are resolved.
Strive to meet or exceed monthly performance goals.
Attend required meetings.
Represent the company culture and values.
Operate company vehicles safely and maintain reliable on-site attendance.

Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age to meet insurance requirements for operating company vehicles
Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred.
Knowledge of sales and customer service principles and practices.
Skill in operating equipment and power tools. Skill in operating a personal computer and programs.
Skill in verbal communication.
Compensation $50,000-$80,000 per year (base + commission)
