Brand Marketing & Communications Coordinator

Purpose Be the brand’s
360 all-rounder
who keeps the image, samples, and marketing machine moving. You’ll coordinate communications, samples, shoots, and e-comm cadence so Aflalo’s point of view shows up cleanly—on time, every time.
Core Responsibilities Communications (Influence & PR Ops)
Coordinate influencer gifting: review target lists with agency; track outreach, seeding, and outcomes.
Manage talent approvals (usage/credits) and organize inbound creator requests; route judgment calls promptly.
Traffic press releases and distribute brand assets; maintain the press/media kit and image library.
Liaise with PR agency on weekly priorities; compile and format monthly coverage reports; log inbound press.
Collection & Showroom Management
Own seasonal sample tracking: check-in/out, condition notes, and returns.
Set and reset the showroom; prep pulls for stylists, editors, and partners; manage courier runs.
Coordinate sample availability for e-comm and lookbook shoots; maintain packing lists and shot-order dependencies.
Marketing Coordination
Own the channel calendar
across email, site, and organic social: keep drop dates, creative status, and approvals current; run a weekly go/no‑go check.
Email:
build from approved briefs; assemble assets, QA links and product tags, set segments and send times, schedule/send; log results.
Site updates (with E-comm):
coordinate homepage/collection refreshes for drops (banners, hero, copy blocks), ensure PDP completeness (naming, credits, alt text, image order) and product tagging.
Asset ops:
maintain the asset map (where each image/video lives, sizes, rights/credits); request missing cuts from Image team or retouch as needed.
Organic social scheduling:
load approved posts, tag products, refresh link‑in‑bio/landing links; capture UGC/reposts with permissions and file correctly.
Reporting:
weekly highlights deck—sends, top clicks, top SKUs, notable creator posts, site notes; monthly roll‑up across email/social/site.
Create and manage punch lists for shoots and launches; run check‑ins; close loops post‑event.
Coordinate product data/asset needs between Design, E‑comm, and PR (naming, pricing, copy deadlines).
General studio support: supply ordering, messenger coordination, tidy systems.
Strong visual literacy; comfort referencing luxury fashion, art, and design.
Writes cleanly and succinctly; can adapt tone to brand voice.
Impeccable organization; obsession with accuracy (names, credits, sizes, SKUs).
