Marketing Analyst – Orion180, Melbourne, FL
Join our rapidly expanding team in Florida’s Space Coast and help shape our marketing strategy with data‑driven insights.
What you’ll do:
Compile and maintain marketing data from HubSpot, internal systems, and external platforms.
Analyze campaign performance and forecast trends to support planning.
Translate analytical results into concise, actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership.
Automate and streamline reporting workflows to increase precision, speed, and scalability.
Develop visual reports using data visualization tools.
Lead analysis of traditional and digital campaigns, including direct mail, email, social media, PPC, and SEO.
Drive web and attribution analytics using GA4, GTM, and associated tools.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with our corporate BI team to ensure consistent data practices.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
Experience:
2+ years in marketing analytics, finance, or business intelligence; proven track record in campaign reporting, marketing performance analysis, and stakeholder presentations.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, VBA/macros); SQL; Power BI; HubSpot or similar marketing automation/CRM tools; Google Analytics (GA4), GTM, and advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads); bonus – statistical background and Python or R.
