We’re seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Human Resource Associate who is eager to build on early HR experience and take on a broader role. This position provides hands‑on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and employee engagement within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Support full‑cycle talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding, to ensure the organization attracts, selects, and retains top talent. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop effective job postings, and deliver a positive candidate experience while maintaining compliance with all employment regulations and best practices.

Promote Accertify openings and support recruitment marketing initiatives on social media and online forums to enhance the business’s presence.

Coordinate employee onboarding, ongoing internal training, and colleague development programs, tracking participation and effectiveness.

Assist with managing employee data within our HRIS and other HR technology tools.

Help ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.

Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including event coordination, communications, and recognition programs.

Contribute to HR projects, including policy updates, performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and training programs.

Partner with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee data and changes.

Generate HR reports and metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Previous work experience in Human Resources.

Exposure to HRIS/ATS systems (ADP preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a people‑first mindset.

Ability to thrive in an agile, fast‑paced, and collaborative environment.

Commitment to managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

High level of emotional intelligence; ability to manage change and resolve conflicts constructively and respectfully.

Workplace Flexibility: Hybrid (minimum 3 days in‑office per week)

Potential Salary Range: $52,000- $65,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
