HR Advisor - Mid-Ulster

Key Responsibilities
Act as a trusted advisor, providing clear and practical guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation
Lead on employee relations matters, including investigations, performance management, and disciplinary processes
Support the full employee lifecycle, from attraction and onboarding through to development, engagement, and offboarding
Ensure accurate maintenance of HR data and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and compliance
Work closely with colleagues to deliver HR projects and initiatives that strengthen company culture and retention
Assist in reviewing and refining HR policies to reflect current best practice and organisational needs
Design and deliver HR training sessions and workshops where required
Build strong relationships with managers and employees across all levels of the business
The ideal candidate
CIPD qualification or relevant degree
Experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
Confident managing employee relations cases and providing expert advice
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
Willingness to travel occasionally between company sites
