Salary: $90,000 – $115,000
Position Summary Join a mission‑driven company at the forefront of value‑based care enablement. As a high‑impact Executive Advisory Consultant, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor to prospective and existing clients—guiding them through digital transformation and value‑based care enablement. This senior‑level role blends thought leadership, solution consulting, and strategic execution, with a focus on athenaNet and athenaIDX workflows. You’ll lead high‑value webinars, client dinners, and “lunch & learns” for sales and customer success teams, facilitate client engagements, and bring actionable insight into how care management programs (CCM, RPM, PCM, APCM, TCM, BHI) integrate within EHR and practice management environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customized, value‑focused product demonstrations centered on clinical workflows, claims management, revenue cycle optimization, and athenahealth integrations.
Serve as an athenahealth subject‑matter expert, bringing practical knowledge of athenaNet/athenaIDX to every client and internal interaction.
Plan and execute engaging webinars, executive briefings, dinners, and educational events for sales and client‑facing teams—positioning ChronicCareIQ as a thought leader.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Solution Design teams to tailor solutions that address both strategic and operational client needs.
Build trusted relationships with healthcare executives, administrators, and clinical stakeholders—establishing yourself as a go‑to advisor.
Design and deliver impactful consulting engagements: operational assessments, workflow redesigns, training strategies, and performance analysis.
Analyze healthcare data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve clinical and financial performance.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure solution alignment with real‑world client workflows.
Stay up‑to‑date on care management program integration, value‑based care initiatives, and market trends shaping ambulatory healthcare.
Contribute to the refinement of ChronicCareIQ’s platform and consulting methodology based on field experience and client feedback.
What We’re Looking For
Hands‑on expertise with athenahealth’s EHR and RCM systems (athenaNet, athenaIDX).
Strong experience in client‑facing roles—working closely with sales executives, clinical leaders, and healthcare administrators.
Skilled at running webinars, executive dinners, and lunch‑and‑learn sessions that educate and influence.
Deep understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows, practice management operations, and how to implement care management programs into EHR‑based environments.
Ability to translate technical solutions into meaningful business outcomes—financial, operational, and clinical.
Bonus: Experience with care management programs (CCM, RPM, PCM, APCM, TCM, BHI).

Qualifications Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree required.
5–7+ years of experience in healthcare consulting, ambulatory practice operations, or revenue cycle management.
Proven track record of working with athenahealth systems in a strategic capacity.
Experience leading presentations with C‑level executives, client teams, and cross‑functional partners.
Familiarity with care coordination and chronic care program reimbursement models.
Skills & Competencies
Expert‑level knowledge of revenue cycle processes—coding, billing, reimbursement, and payer strategy.
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
High emotional intelligence and client‑centric mindset.
Organized, analytical, and able to work independently in fast‑moving environments.
