Position Overview We’re seeking a

Remote Care Specialist

to join our leadership and training team. This role is a mix of

education, onboarding, and program enablement , helping qualified healthcare professionals successfully launch and manage remote care programs under CMS guidelines (APCM, RPM, RTM, CCM). You’ll be the internal Remote Care Specialist of RxHealing — leading provider onboarding calls, explaining compliance and billing in plain language, and partnering cross-functionally to make remote care simple, compliant, and scalable.

Key Responsibilities Provider Onboarding & Training Lead virtual and in-person onboarding sessions for pharmacies, qualified healthcare professionals, and clinical teams. Walk partners through patient flow, documentation, and billing for APCM, RPM, RTM, and telehealth programs. Develop and deliver professional

PowerPoint presentations, FAQs, and training guides

for both providers and internal teams. Create scalable workflows and playbooks that simplify compliance and improve provider success.

Program Design & Workflow Support Design and refine clinical workflows, like

APCM, RPM, and RTM

programs. Collaborate with technology partners to ensure software workflows align with CMS requirements. Create

SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)

for provider implementation and pharmacy collaboration.

Compliance & Billing Guidance Serve as the internal subject-matter expert (SME) on: Medicare FFS and MA billing rules. Copay handling, QMB/dual eligibles, and Medigap coverage. Documentation and patient eligibility requirements under CMS. Work with leadership and legal to ensure all models remain

compliant yet scalable .

Support for Sales & Growth Join sales or partnership calls as the

clinical/billing expert

to help close strategic accounts. Equip field reps with clear talking points, objection handling, and compliance references. Collect provider feedback to continuously improve workflows and messaging.

Tracking & Engagement Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress, provider status, and engagement. Support long-term adoption and performance by checking in with providers post-launch.

Qualifications Required 3–5+ years of experience in

Medicare-based remote care programs

(e.g., APCM, RPM, RTM, CCM, TCM). Strong knowledge of compliance in

Medicare billing, processes and documentation , copay/eligibility rules. Prior experience working with

pharmacies, qualified healthcare professionals, or telehealth platforms . Excellent presentation skills — confident with

Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, and live training . Ability to simplify complex CMS rules into clear, actionable workflows. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects independently.

Preferred Clinical background:

PharmD, RN, NP, PA, or similar

(not required if experience is strong). Experience using or implementing Remote Care platforms Proven ability to create training content, implementation guides, or SOPs. Growth-company mindset: flexible, solution-oriented, and comfortable “building as we go.”
