We are seeking an experienced Operations & Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is critical in ensuring that our products are manufactured, stored, and delivered efficiently and in compliance with all regulatory and retailer requirements. Key Responsibilities: Customer Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for retail customers, building trust and growing relationships to better serve our partners. Order Fulfillment: Oversee the order fulfillment process, ensuring all goals and targets are met. Address and resolve any issues that arise, providing weekly reporting and insights specific to each brand and customer. Inventory Management: Track and analyze inventory levels to ensure product availability and minimize out‑of‑stocks. Collaborate with operations teams to manage inventory effectively. Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key KPIs related to supply chain operations and customer satisfaction. Provide regular reports to the leadership team. Best‑In‑Class Process: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance supply chain efficiency and customer service. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain activities with overall business objectives. ERP System Oversight: Manage and optimize our ERP platform (preferably Cin7) to ensure accurate inventory tracking, order processing, and data reporting. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate ERP functionalities with other systems. Co‑Manufacturer Coordination: Liaise with co‑manufacturers to align production schedules, manage raw material procurement, and ensure timely delivery of finished goods. Transportation & Logistics: Coordinate transportation logistics to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery of products. Negotiate contracts with carriers and monitor performance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or logistics within the food and beverage CPG industry. Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and ensuring compliance with retailer requirements. Proficiency in ERP systems, with a preference for experience using Cin7. Strong understanding of co‑manufacturing processes and transportation logistics. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
