About the job you’re considering We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented SDET to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in software testing and automation, with strong programming skills and experience in API testing. This role requires a solid understanding of testing methodologies, automation frameworks, and tools, along with a collaborative mindset to work in Agile environments.

Your role

Apply expertise in STLC, SDLC, and Agile methodologies to design and execute comprehensive test strategies.

Perform functional testing across various types including regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing.

Develop and maintain API automation for REST, SOAP, and GraphQL services using tools like SOAPUI / SOAPUI Pro, with strong skills in parsing and asserting JSON / XML responses.

Build and maintain automation frameworks using WebDriverIO, Java Selenium, and scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, and Groovy.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams using JIRA for project tracking and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Work with SQL / PostgreSQL databases to validate backend data and support test scenarios.

Leverage domain knowledge in cable and telecom industry to enhance test coverage and relevance.

Your skills and experience

Strong programming skills in Java and scripting experience in JavaScript / TypeScript / Groovy.

Hands‑on experience with API automation and tools like SOAPUI / SOAPUI Pro.

Proficiency in WebDriverIO and Java Selenium automation frameworks.

Solid understanding of SQL / PostgreSQL for data validation and test support.

Familiarity with JIRA and Agile project management practices.
