Primary responsibilities include identifying, cultivating and closing new business opportunities. The role also requires proficiency in presenting our capabilities and client impact to prospects and partners, developing teaming relationships, alliances and subcontracting agreements with organizations in the public sector space, including Federal, State and municipal government. Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and execute an action plan for the Public Sector territories assigned. Interface with clients and prospects. Pursue and foster business relationships. Represent Enlightened at business events, industry and consortia meetings. Develop and maintain a customer commitment pipeline, presenting weekly on the Enlightened CRM. Perform Business Development duties as assigned. Identify Enlightened business opportunities and pursue them in accordance with the bid/no‑bid process. Requirements

A proven record of successful sales experience in the public sector (Civilian and DoD). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in critical thinking and pragmatic problem solving, adaptable to changes in the market and technological trends. Self‑starter with an entrepreneurial approach to business development. Extremely competitive. Possess a healthy curiosity about the industry, market, company and competition. Possess a passion for communicating the benefits of great services to potential clients.
