Overview:

Whether you’re looking to pick up a few flexible shifts or join us long-term, this is your opportunity to make a real impact by providing top‑quality, one‑on‑one patient care in a supportive and professional environment.
What You’ll Do:
Initiate and manage infusion therapy in the home.
Start IVs, access PICC lines and implanted ports.
Monitor and assess patients before, during, and after infusions.
Communicate with physicians, specialty pharmacies, and care teams.
Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems.
Educate patients and families on infusion therapy and post‑care.
Ensure strict compliance with clinical guidelines and safety protocols.
Provide wound care and dressing changes per physician orders.
Administer injections (e.g., insulin, antibiotics, vitamin therapies).
Support medication management and monitoring of vital signs.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
Active RN license in Massachusetts.
Strong IV insertion skills and confidence with PICC/port access.
Proficiency in wound care, injections, and medication administration.
Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health preferred).
Exceptional clinical judgment, reliability, and compassion.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Pay:
$45–$58/hr
