Obtain IV access and administer specialty infusions as prescribed. Access PICC lines and ports. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in accordance with professional standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to optimize patient care and outcomes. Liaise between patients, physicians, and pharmacies as needed. Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Remain compliant and follow strict guidelines. Requirements
Active RN license in the state of practice. At least 2 years of experience in nursing is required. Excellent IV skills are required. Previous experience in a home health or acute care setting is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. Flexible work from home options available.
