Role Overview
Director, Health Systems Sales
– Lead the Health Systems Executive team at
Siemens Healthineers . Drive management and growth of key strategic accounts, enhance customer experience, and grow revenue from current business while building strategic value partnerships. Report to the Head of Health Systems. Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor the team in creating and executing comprehensive deal processes for large, complex opportunities. Build and expand relationships within assigned accounts to increase share of wallet and strengthen partnerships. Engage high‑level executives and key decision‑makers in clinical and procurement roles while mentoring team members to develop customer advocates. Ensure adherence to best practices and standards, including management tools, internal stakeholder meetings, and reporting on IDN business health. Guide the team on competitive landscape and value of LD products within Health Systems. Utilize industry tools to track market trends and tailor solutions to evolving needs. Partner with data analysts to accurately report revenue performance and projections. Identify, recruit, and nurture high‑performing industry talent. Lead initiatives to optimize the portfolio and enhance performance. Coordinate with Enterprise Services to ensure comprehensive account management and coverage. Promote a culture of integrity, accountability, and success through Servant Leadership principles. Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience
5‑8 years of leadership experience in healthcare sales with proven commercial track record. Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required. Deep understanding of laboratory diagnostics and capital sales processes. Strategic thinking and implementation expertise. Strong relationship building and executive stakeholder trust. Excellent process orientation, organizational skills, and time management. Demonstrated success in previous leadership positions with high performance. In‑depth knowledge of IDN market, healthcare consolidation, and strategic value of SHS. Willingness to travel 50%‑80%.
