Global Head of Total Rewards, Performance & Business Impact

Mission This role is responsible for developing and executing a holistic, data‑driven total rewards strategy that links directly to the organization’s global growth objectives. The scope includes compensation, benefits, incentive programs and executive pay. This leader will shape a high‑performance culture, align total rewards with business outcomes, and ensure the organization is structured and incentivized for sustainable value creation.
Key Objectives
Design and lead a comprehensive global rewards strategy that aligns with business goals and drives employee engagement and performance.
Oversee competitive, cost‑effective compensation structures, benefits, and incentive programs.
Ensure total rewards are integrated with financial performance, talent strategy, and organizational goals.
Lead the design and governance of executive compensation, including equity‑based and long‑term incentive plans.
Collaborate with the Compensation Committee and Board of Directors to align shareholder expectations and compliance with regulatory standards.
Develop and continuously optimize short‑ and long‑term incentive plans that promote high performance and accountability.
Embed a strong performance‑reward connection across all organizational levels.
Leverage analytics to inform compensation decisions and assess program effectiveness.
Partner closely with Finance to align rewards strategies with financial planning and provide actionable insights within a strong governance framework.
Ensure compliance with global compensation and benefits regulations and maintain audit‑ready processes.
Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing global team across compensation and benefits.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Legal, and business leaders to deliver integrated people and business strategies.
Qualifications
10‑15 years of experience in total rewards and compensation, including 3+ years in a more senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success managing the governance around executive compensation (publicly traded company a plus).
Deep understanding of financial metrics and the ability to connect the dots to create compensation strategies.
Experience presenting to Compensation Committees and Boards.
A change agent that can showcase how they improved business performance in past experiences.
Previous work in a global organization working across multiple geographies.
Must have previous experience in another HR or Finance business partner role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
