The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling litigation tasks, providing legal advice, conducting thorough research, and handling negotiation processes. The role demands rigorous attention to detail and active hands-on litigation responsibilities.
Qualifications
Strong background in real estate litigation and civil litigation.
Expertise in providing sound legal advice and conducting comprehensive research.
Effective negotiation skills and experience with mediations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience in propounding and responding to discovery.
Experience in taking and defending depositions.
Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active license to practice law in California.
Prior litigation experience is highly desirable.
