Finance Leader, Americas – a strategic finance partner for Armacell’s Advanced Insulation and Component Foam divisions across North and South America. Based in North Carolina, the role is a key member of the regional leadership team, responsible for driving financial performance, operational excellence, and risk management.

Job Responsibilities Lead, inspire and develop a highly qualified finance team. Work with the Americas Management Team to develop and execute the commercial and operational strategy of the region. Analyze and report financial performance to the region and group management, providing actionable recommendations. Prepare annual budgets and long‑term financial plans aligned with the region’s strategic plans. Oversee monthly financial closing and ensure controls for reliability. Drive working capital improvement efforts. Continuously improve financial processes, leveraging Group programs and shared services. Support the VP Americas with staff duties (contract management, leases, legal issues, etc.). Maintain risk management processes consistent with Group guidelines. Lead efficient use of financial systems and reporting tools in collaboration with Corporate Finance and IT. Support global finance projects and the Group M&A team with due diligence and integration.

Job Qualifications And Requirements Master’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. 10+ years of accounting, tax and treasury experience in a manufacturing/B2B environment. Excellent analytical, relational and communication skills. Experience with M&A (opportunity assessment, deal closing, integration). Hands‑on continuous improvement mindset. Team player with cross‑cultural, global team experience; Spanish or Portuguese proficiency valued. Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP FI/CO/SAC and Hyperion is a plus.

Compensation range: $190,000.00 – $235,000.00 full‑time. Pay and benefits vary with location and experience.
