Finance Leader, Americas – Armacell
Armacell invites a strategic financial partner to lead the Advanced Insulation and Component Foam divisions across North and South America. Based in North Carolina, the Finance Leader reports to the VP Americas and the Group CFO, directing a high-performing team to deliver budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and M&A support while fostering collaborative, accountable, and innovative business partnership.

Lead, inspire, and develop a highly qualified and professional finance team. Collaborate with the Americas Management Team to develop and execute the commercial and operational strategy of the region. Analyze and report financial performance to the region and group management, providing insights and actionable recommendations. Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial plans in alignment with the region’s strategic plans. Oversee the monthly financial closing process, ensuring reliable controls. Drive working capital improvement initiatives. Continuously improve financial processes leveraging Group-wide WAM programs and shared service center investments. Support VP Americas with staff duties including contract management, leases, and legal issues. Maintain risk management processes consistent with Group Risk Management guidelines. Sponsor efficient use of financial systems and reporting tools, collaborating with Corporate Finance and Corporate IT teams. Support ad hoc Global Finance projects across the Group and manage through the Global Finance Leadership Team. Support Armacell’s acquisition strategy by ensuring effective due diligence and integration with the Group M&A team. Job Qualifications And Requirements
Master’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required. At least 10 years of accounting, tax, and treasury experience in manufacturing/B2B environment. Excellent analytical, relational, and communication skills; able to explain complex problems simply. Experience with M&A: opportunity assessment, deal closing, and integration. Hands‑on continuous improvement mindset. Team player excelling in cross‑cultural, global team; international exposure required; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese valued. Proficient user of MS Office; experience with SAP FI/CO/SAC and Hyperion is a plus. Posting Dates
