Senior Tax Accountant
to join its team. The role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative and environment. You'd have your hands in the tax provision process for an industry leader, surrounded by world-class talent in a sophisticated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the
quarterly and annual tax provision (ASC 740)
process, including deferred tax calculations and financial reporting.
Reconcile book-to-tax differences and calculate current and deferred
federal, state, and local
tax provisions for multi-entity filings.
Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors for planning opportunities and IRS matters.
Conduct research on evolving tax laws and regulations to assess their impact on the company.
Assist in tax-related projects, including acquisitions, audits, and process improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree
in Accounting required; CPA, Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
3+ years of tax experience
in accounting for income taxes or corporate tax compliance.
Strong understanding of
federal and multi-state income taxation, and ASC 740 .
Proficiency in
tax software and ERP systems
(e.g., OneSource, Corptax, Oracle).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
