Key Responsibilities
Develop site plans, considering layout, grading, and utility placement.
Collaborate with senior engineers to integrate design components into comprehensive project plans.
Contribute to grading and drainage design activities under the guidance of senior team members.
Prepare calculations and plans related to site development.
Learn and contribute to the design of site utilities, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems.
Utilize design software (Civil 3D, AutoCAD) to create detailed plans and drawings.
Provide technical support in the preparation of project documentation.
Work closely with project teams to ensure effective coordination and communication.
Assist in project scheduling, task tracking, and milestone identification.
Actively engage in ongoing learning to enhance technical skills and stay current with industry trends.
Seek mentorship from senior team members to accelerate professional growth.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
0-3 years of experience; previous internship or coursework related to civil engineering is a plus for a new college grad.
Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Eagerness to learn and apply new technical skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
